I am giving a 5 star rating since I know for a fact Mustang Creek in Frisco is going to be amazing. God has put a new Executive Director at this location who I have known 30 plus years. She loves geriatrics along with loving on her staff. She will inspire and guide along the way. I would trust her and now her staff with my own family.

I'm sadly reflecting on the horrible experience my mother had at this facility as it's nearing her birthday as well as homegoing. She received substandard care while at Mustang Creek Estates Frisco in 2021 that led to hospitalization and worse. I went to look at the reviews today in hopes of seeing improvement.. The first few reviews looked positive followed by a number of recent poor reviews rated as "1". Because of this in addition to my own loved ones experience I caution all considering placing their loved one here. Just to be clear, I am a daughter and a Geriatric RN who has spent the last 15 years of my career advocating for seniors. It will always be in my heart that all elderly individuals be treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. God bless all families and caregivers looking for competent and loving help.

We do not accept Medicaid or the Star Plus Waiver. We are a private pay community but many of our residents do receive VA benefits and Long Term Care Insurance benefits.
We are pet friendly! We have a $500 pet fee and would love to have your dog or cat join our neighborhood.
Our rooms are not furnished. We would be happy to help find items for your rooms but we have found that most of our seniors prefer to bring their own furnishings and personal items with them. It feels more like home when they bring their own items from home.
We are so proud to provide all-inclusive monthly pricing. We do not charge for levels of care and also include laundry & linen service, daily housekeeping, emergency call system, and all utilities in your monthly cost. We do not charge for phone service, cable or wifi service. Everything is included in your monthly fee.
All of our Assisted Living options are private, but we do offer shared rooms in our Memory Care homes.
We have a full time Activity Director at each of our neighborhoods who organizes an amazing monthly activity calendar to include church services, games, crafts, outings and so much more. Please reach out to any of our neighborhoods to get a copy of our current monthly calendar of events.
