I called to ask about their Omega watch inventory. The call felt more like a busy restaurant than an authorized Omega dealer and really makes me hesitant to even purchase an Omega in general. The woman who answered refused to answer any of my questions and said I just have to come in and look. She hung up on me while I was mid sentence in less than 60 seconds by saying "Thank you (click)."

Ok to pick up the duty free items at airport. Staffs are not helpful

Terrible customer service. Cashier was very rude and smug. Horrible experience.
