Made a call today to price a trackhoe for a small job in Cleburne Texas. I have never traded at this rental company before. The manager insulted me on the phone and hung up on me. I politely called back and asked how he could make a decision based on my phone number alone. He had no other info about a possible problem 13 years ago. I never have rented a John Deere tractor in 35 years of business. I just found it sad a decision was based solely on a phone number that I did not have at that time. Some people need to check up on information. They also need to keep more than a phone number like full details before decisions like the manager made that day.
