Will not fill contact lens prescription within last 30 days that it is valid unless you come in for eye exam. (Not even sure they can refuse that - I'm sure a pharmacy couldn't refuse to refill a current prescription.) I had a family emergency - was out of state indefinitely with my mother in hospice - and spoke with both customer service person and then manager who would not submit an order for one box of my disposable contacts. Fortunately, 1-800-CONTACTS did fill the order for me and send it to me out-of-state since the prescription was still valid. Now I am having trouble getting unsubscribed from MyEyeDr reminder emails. This business does not seem to have the same level of service since becoming MyEyeDr (used to be 20/20 Eye Care).

I’ve been coming here for the last three years and have always had great service. Most recently, Richie was super helpful and took care of everything I needed over the phone! He quickly handled a non routine request and now my glasses order is in. Would highly recommend.
