Incredible experience here! We bought two cars and everyone, especially Dustin, Moe, and Santos were beyond helpful in getting us the perfect cars! Love this place, plan on coming here for anything we need in the future.

Arrived at dealership for appointment, they were more than happy to take all my info, told me there were multiple vehicles available in my price range. When discussed a cash payment, they were unwilling to work with me. Told me the least expensive option was now 4 times higher than the amount we had just discussed. They also told me the vehicle I was there to see is actually suddenly scheduled to go to auction (instead of considering a cash offer from me). I was also told they do not do cash sales for "high mileage" cars (the car had 11,000 miles per year) because customers may bring the car back with mechanical issues and leave poor reviews... How'd that work out for ya?

So we went to go look for a car that was advertised at $34k. Cool, good deal. Set up an appointment to come see it and the car is NOT there. Manager says it’ll be here in “15 mins” since it was taken to their sister store. Well 2 hours later we get told “15 mins” so at this point we’re kinda through it. Anyways we see the car and like it. Then we are presented with the numbers and it was $37k due to “maintenance fees”. They will charge you said fees even if you don’t want them. There’s no negotiation there, it’s a hidden $2K fee. By hidden I mean hidden online. My issue is the false advertising on the price online and having to wait 2 hours to see a car. I wouldn’t have made the 40 minute drive if the price was $37k to begin with. Just shop at your own risk. It seems like several people have been played due to such “maintenance fee”. The salesman we dealt with was very polite. Plus it was his first day, so he was learning how said dealership operates. Overall it was a frustrating experience. I used to work at a car dealership and this is just bad business.

Bought my Stelvio less than a years ago. Had surgery and didn't drive it for 4 months. This has been in the shop over 4 times and now nothing is covered not even the diagnosis. I have never been more angry with the run around and all the issues. I traded in a 2015 F150 with no issues for a 2018 Stelvio which is not worth the headache.

Hi, Marjorie! We can service A/C systems and we do offer diagnosis as well. I'd like to get you in touch with one of our advisors for pricing. Can you please send us a private message and I will get them to reach out to you.
The 1.4L engine requires 4 quarts of 5W-40 Synthetic Oil (recommends MOPAR, Pennzoil, or Shell Helix). The 2.4L takes 5.5 quarts of synthetic 0W-20. Same suggested brands. Of the 3 brands, I would use Pennzoil.
Samit, you're more than welcome to come in and see the Alfa's up close. Come on in!
