Avoid this office at all costs if possible. Went in to get a birth certificate and the African American lady doing them lacked major customer service. She talked to everyone getting a birth certificate as if we were bad annoying children getting on her nerves. I asked one of the other clerks there if I could speak to the manager and I was told she is the manager! I left it alone since it was going to fall on deaf’s ears and got my birth certificate and got out of there as fast as I could.

Very rude and definitely not here to help the community. You can judge in favor of the business all you want, doesn’t mean they will get it 👍🏼 She needs to be replaced with someone that actually does what she says in her bio 😂

Customer service is non existent. I spoke with a Caucasian lady about getting a deferral for jury duty and she told me, "that's YOUR problem". If she doesn't like dealing with customers face to face, she should find another job. I left, then walked back in in to get the lady's name, she saw me and walked away. An older African-American lady came outside to see what was going on, and she was talking to me like I was a child. Mind you, I'm a retired Navy Chief Warrant Officer, and I wore a ballcap that said Retired Navy. She was no help at all. There was no respect for me as a customer nor as a military veteran. It's not like they were busy, there was once customer in front of me, and one customer behind me. There were at least four ladies behind the glass, with one window available. This was my first experience coming here, and I hope to never have to deal with this office again!
