When we decided that it was time to downsize from our large two-story home, we selected Two Men and a Truck to manage the move. Why? Numerous recommendations from friends who shared their great experience with Two Men. From the first time we contacted them to the completion of the move, Two Men performed seamlessly. Two Men's packers and movers were on time, polite, and worked with care and accuracy. They were also a friendly group of people, which to my experience means they enjoy working for Two Men. Moving is an exercise in anxiety for anyone, but Two Men made the experience pleasant. The true character of a company is demonstrated in how they address a customer concern. We did experience one minor issue that Two Men quickly addressed and resolved. That, and our satisfaction with the overall experience is why we will whole-heartedly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone that wants to alleviate some of the stress of moving. I called to get service when someone did finally called me back. They did not leave a message in regards to my inquiry I did call back again for service and every time I got no answer and I got no call back. I ended up hiring people from day labor to help with my move, maybe they had an off day it happens

I've used Two Men and a Truck for my recent move from Texas to New York and I am assured yet again that they are the go to movers. I've used their services for a smaller move before, and was hesitant how they would handle an interstate move, however, their office team member Kayana talked to me several times, provided a lot of information, answered all my questions patiently and worked with me in narrowing down a quote and getting my move booked. She did a fantastic job in making sure my inventory was listed accurately and even did a quick zoom meeting before the move to ensure estimates are accurate. The movers (Kacee & Ros) arrived on time on day of pick up, they packed and loaded all our items into the truck professionally and efficiently and were done in no time. They were communicative and responsive through out their commute time and arrived on time at the destination on the day of unloading and completed unloading everything as agreed. This team went above and beyond in making sure my move was stress free and efficient. Very thankful and appreciative of their help, time and efforts.
