My wife was trying to get information on a fireplace remodel. They treated her like it was an inconvenience that we tried to bring them business. I would not recommend this company based on costumer service alone. The lady we spoke with was rude and seemed incompetent at her job. She responded to one of my wife's questions " I don't know what you want, this is like going to a chevy dealer and saying you want a car?"

No, that is something that is normally done during the construction of the Fireplace. Also, some gas fireplaces are not able to be hooked up to a low voltage wall switch.
Only on gas logs or Fireplace's that we have installed.
