Hi..take him tohis pedriatrician..to evaluate him maybe he needs speech therapy..or maybe has autism..autism not necesarly means he will make sounds..or keep moving when sitting down.but if you want to get second opinion..ask his Doc

If you read through their information, they recently started making insurance claims. However, if a family cannot pay the copay or at all for that matter, it will not go into collections. Every dollar you can pay them helps fund another child without insurance.
