Showed up for a pickup around 11:30 for a 12 pm appointment it was one other truck getting loaded . Once he was finished I backed into the dock and was leaving by 2:15pm

Oh this place sucks. No parking except out on the street. Cops on occasion will force you to move. If your at the dock on the wrong side of the fence you have to wait for a vehicle to trip the gate to get to shipping. If it takes an hour for a vehicle to trip it ya standing there for an hour waiting. Plus if your unlucky they charge lumper fees. Their whole system is designed to waste as much of your time as possible.
YOU APPROACH THE GATE THERE IS A PHONE NUMBER YOU CALL IT AND A OPERATOR WILL ANSWER YOU ANSWER THE QUESTIONS SHE WILL LET YOU IN.

They open the gate at midnight, if busy they'll make you wait. But you'll check with the guy at the gate.

No idea but a word to the wise CHECK YOUR PALLETS AND TAKE A VIDEO OF THE LOADING PROCESS IF YOU CAN....they charged me for 24 broken pallets....315 dollar lumping fee!! I know there were no broken pallets....they are THIEVES at UNFI
