The pool has been closed for 3+ weeks yet not advertised as being closed on any website or booking platform. Since reservation was made through a 3rd party website, specifically for a hotel with a pool, I was not able to cancel and go to another hotel. Rooms are medium size, beds are comfy, bathroom is small and tub is very small but water is hot and high pressure. Breakfast served in the morning which is nice, very large selection of food and drink and ample sitting space.

The main reason I'm giving such a poor rating is because the pool was closed and this was not communicated when I called to reserve a room. We are a family, I travel with my 3 kids 13, 4, 3 we all look forward to the pool after a long day on the road. So we don't mind paying extra for this amenities. So they are charginging as if all the amenities where working. At least they should give a discount for the inconvenience. I called to reserve the same day so I was out of the 24 hour cancelation period. Very unprofessional and this just made the whole stay bad. The shower had some hairs, and the floor was dirty. You can hear the cars/motorcycle all night passing by. The police showed up a few times and had some people sitting outside the hotel.

The staff is so fabulous! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. What a pleasure! Very clean and well run. Thanks so much! Unfortunately they were maintaining their pool when we were there, so didn’t get the swim, but it should be up and running again a a few days.

This hotel is a happy surprise! The front desk is very knowledgeable and speedy with check-in, check-out. They are also available and helpful at all times. My room had spaces for working, relaxing and sleeping...which was aided by the plush blankets and fluffy pillows. I slept well and enjoyed the area, even though I was just in town for business. This hotel is also close to the airport - great for travel!
