Been going for a few months. Work was getting sloppier and sloppier. Was still giving them a chance. Yesterday was my last straw. I came yesterday for a pedicure, which was done in a hurry by Nina. Told her I would come back after work for a full set. I get there, wait 20 minutes only for them to tell me to come back when they open today at 9am & Nina will do them then. I get there at 8:58am and they tell me she is doing someone else’s nails already. I will have to wait an hour. Why have me drive all the way there again! This is my third time driving out there unsatisfied. Will be finding a nail shop with better customer service closer to my side of town.

They dont i got gems and my nails was still 40 dollars!
Last week was my last time going to them after many many years. Messing up my nails...over charging....and with an attitude...always doing stuff I didn't ask for....

Tell them to do an overlay... it's healthier for her nail.
