Do NOT go to Irma. I have never in my life ever felt as disrespected & dissed as much as I did yesterday. Not only did she not give me what I wanted, she completely disrespected me & tried to play it off as a joke. I understand giving criticism but that’s not the case. She basically laughed at me when she saw I had a couple of grey hairs. She asked how old I was, I said 19, then it completely blew her mind for some reason. She then proceeded to say rudely criticize how my hair was extremely damaged (even in places where my hair has never been dyed or damaged) & said I need severe help. She was being so rude & even asked if I had put any heat in my hair before going. When I told her I had actually just gotten out of the shower, she was shocked because my hair looked so “rough”. She said “why is your hair curled then straight?” I told her how my hair isn’t curly nor straight but it’s very wavy and frizzy. She was completely baffled. I have never felt more disrespected by a hairstylist ever. Oh yeah, let’s not forget her speaking down on another dresser i had went to earlier this week.

I didn’t realize how bad a job they did till I got home. My hair was down to my rear end , and I ask for about 8 inches cut off. Now my hair is just past my shoulders. Almost 2ft cut off! WTH and the hair is uneven scraggly. Never go here!!
