I have been employed with RAH for 3 year's and I can say this is hands down the best management I've ever worked for. My whole 3 years with RAH has been the best. I have learned so much from them. They’re always there when you need them especially with training. They’re always a phone call away. They always accommodate with my schedule and when I’m out sick they at least know life happens. I recommend anyone who’s going into the healthcare field to start here. Victoria is a trainer here and she’s the one that trains you how to do everything from transferring to bed bath. I walked into this job with little hands on experience and I now have a lot more knowledge!😊

Right at home, or more accurately, Christa Swanson has been a God-send. Christa has single-handedly managed a highly complicated situation with my 84 year-old mother that has allowed her to safely and happily stay in the home she loves so much, instead of going into an assisted living environment. Christa is always available, she cares enormously, she’s reliable and highly professional, and she makes things happen. Before finding Christa, I was trying to handle dozens of crises each week, from another state. It was completely untenable, but my mother refused to discuss going into a retirement community. I didn’t think it was possible for my mother to stay in her own home and stay safe but that’s what Christa accomplished. My mom is happy again and I got my life back. Thank you Christa!!!

A care plan is a schedule of routine services that are organized to address some of the care recipient’s most pressing needs like bathing, medication management, grocery shopping and laundry. A care plan is unique to each client and can evolve as needs change. Unlike a doctor’s plan of care, the Right at Home care plan addresses mostly nonmedical issues.
