I was here two weeks ago and had a horrible experience. First, it was very cold and uninviting as I walked in. Neither of the two men behind the counter spoke to me. Next, I was accused of opening lip glosses when I was using the testers on my arms to see how they looked and when the guy came up and saw that he was wrong there was no apology issued. Lastly, I was followed around while trying on wigs. I will not be returning and the only reason why I even stayed and purchased anything was because I was getting ready for something last minute and had no other options that evening but I am so very glad that there's so many black owned options to get everything I need nowadays so dealing with type of treatment is no longer necessary.

The store options are not too bad but no rewards system like other beauty supply stores. Also, I stopped patronizing places that consistently struggle with basic customer service skills and no public restroom considering the fact that most customers are women (may have children) who spend a lot of money and time in these stores. It's simple...Go where you and your money are appreciated!
