The manager is prejudice and has awful people skills. He needs to be replaced. 2years later: new manager now. The old one was fired! The new manager is good!

Well it depends on a few things but if you have a double wide like myself Its a break down as follows Space rent is 371.00 Sewer is 24.03 Trash is 23.17 Recycle 3.64 Storage 0.00 parking storage in back for extra car, boat or rv. If you have one..i do not Then you also have to add your gas, electric and water and that depends on what you use...my total bill was from 11/08 to 12/11 was 508.12 but i have to penny pinch everything alot and very strict about it..also you receive the bill on the first of following month so your paying for services you already received of course and its all included on one bill...you do not get seperate bills for electric...etc. But they do break down your usage and they come and read your meters on the 9th of the month usually. Hope that helps..also management here is horrible they try to control and manage the people instead of just managing the park...they don't allow animals outside. Really getting bad here.

My mom lives here and from what I have seen you can have cats and dogs in the park.
They do not rent spaces for RV'S to live in..they do have uncovered storage parking for RVs to store only. You have to keep up to date tags/registration and insurance on it even in storage....and you will have to call the park for fee info
ONLY TO STORE YOU CAN'T LIVE IN THEM, THEYRE PARKED IN BACK..YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO RENT THE PARKING SPACE AND YOU HAVE TO KEEP TAGS REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE UP TO DATE ON THEM....JUST SO YOU KNOW THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE HERE THEY WILL CONSTANTLY HASSLE YOU ABOUT THE MOST TRIVIAL LITTLE THING THEY ARE NOSEY AND THEY TRY TO MANAGE THE PEOPLE INSTEAD OF DOING THEIR JOB OF JUST MANAGING THE PARK...I WOULD LOOK ELSEWHERE!
