Please inform if pets are allowed in this park, especially in the toddlers playing area ? and if pet dogs are allowed then they have to be leashed or unleashed ?
Can you set up an water slide in the fields at this park? And if so do need a permit or anything?

I have no idea. The fields as this park are not the best though.
Is the splash pad still open in Septmber? Im planning on having my daughters party there. Are there pavilions to have parties and do you have reserve them?

There are a couple pavilions but they are far away from the splash pad. Currently, The pad is open
Great place Free just make sure you do not leave valuables in your car, at this park unless you want them to disappear. Do not enter the park before 7AM and after 10PM, as you run the risk of a large ticket of $300.
First come first serve at that location. However, make sure that you clean up after the party.
No alcohol is allowed as you will receive a citation.
Park hours are from 7AM To Dusk.
