If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an appointment at 9:30am. Got there at 9:15am. No one touched my nails till 10:25, and no one touched my feet until AFTER my nails were finished. When I made a comment about how a woman who came in after me was taken care of straight away, my nail tech had the nerve to say "she had an appointment". I told her "so did I." And she didn't say anything, of course. They gave me shellac without asking if that's what I wanted. AND there are several nails that didn't come all the way across. Like they weren't the right size and the sides of my nails are bare. The absurd waiting time when I HAD an appointment was enough for me to never return, but then they botched my nails? Girl, no. Don't waste your time here. Cozy Nail in Pearland is way better and worth the drive 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️
