Poor customer service and lack of thoughtfulness for client accessibility. One has to be 6 ft tall and in a good flexible yoga condition to reach and skim through cake book at the bakery. Seriously, anyone paying attention to basic stuff. FYI-it is not about my fav specifically. I was talking about cake order book placement. Shorter person would have hard time even looking to order.

Let me start by saying that the people that work in this store are great! I appreciate all that they've done during these past few years to keep.the shelves stocked and the store running. That being said can't this has to be the most pricey Safeway in our area. I go there sometimes because it's five minutes from my house. I can shop at Giant or Wholefoods and have a lower grocery bill than I would at the Kensington Safeway. They have jacked their prices on items way up. Even more so in recent weeks because they installed all new refrigerator cases. I'm fed up with this store and will avoid shopping there if I can.

This Safeway isn’t the cheapest in the area, but it comes closest in the area to feeling like you’re in a Publix, or the poor man’s Publix, Wegman’s. Helpful staff and good selection (it’s the place I go if I need an unusual Asian thing and weird milk). Plenty of parking either in front lot or parking garage.

the employee Doroles is blatantly rude. she needs to know more about how Safeway rules. She wanted to charge me 15 dollars to return the customer's purchases. She is bad manager!!!!
