Customer service at its poorest. I went in for a procedure on Sunday and needed a bone graft. One of my sutures came out and I called to let this place know. This lady told me she'd call the doctor and let him know what happened. So, she called me back and told me the message she relayed to the doctor. It was completely different from what I told her!!!( I said, "My suture came OUT OF MY MOUTH, should there be cause for concern?". She told the doctor, " Her suture is bothering her." ) I proceeded to make an appointment with her to be seen later in the day, but when I asked for her name, she told me, "I'm the only one working here, why do you need to know my name?" Her response caught me completely off guard. So, I said, "You work in a business, at the front desk, I'm making an appointment with you and your refuse to tell me your name?" She had all of my information--driver's license, SSN, and address and would not even tell me her name. What in the," I-got-all-your-personal -info-but won't-tell-you-my-name" is going here? Word- of- mouth can be your best friend or worst enemy in the service business. It's terrible that people who are supposed to be representing their employers bring such disdain behavior towards the owners' customers and clients. Hopefully, you'll get that fixed and please-- do not under estimate customer service /front desk personnel--their jobs are just as impactful as the licensed professionals.

Went in Saturday evening with a broken tooth and they were able to extract it before it could get infected. Fantastic job and reasonable prices. Very nice staff.

I came to the office out of an emergency situation when most dentists were out for the July 4th. I was seen by Dr. Lee and his bedside manner absolutely was very pleasant and thorough. He simply took his time to take care my problem and explain future plans. His assistant was also gentle spoken and very nice. All that pressure and anticipation going to the dentist have been washed away amazingly. You might say I'm pretty "comfortably numb".

Let's face it. Not many people like going to the dentist. I and my husband are two of those people. I've met very nice dentists and their staff, but it's just so anxiety-laden for me. That being said, my husband had a terrible toothache that hit him suddenly tonight and we called the clinic. They got us in within 2 hours with an appointment. Inesha was at the front desk and she was awesome. She was very personable, empathetic and professional. The paperwork and process was very quick and easy. Dr. Lee was also very nice and professional and offered some dental advice for my husband for follow-up. We were only there less than an hour from start to finish. I am very impressed with this dental group and if I have another dental emergency (hopefully not), I know exactly where I would go. Thank you, Dr. Lee and Inesha.
