I was a customer here for approximately two years. Experience was fair until I came in to check my belongings and my unit had been broken into. I had thousands of dollars worth of stuff stolen. When I talked to management about it, they were very nonchalant and unsurprised by what happened. They claimed their cameras didn’t record anything. They were no help to police either. When I was moving the rest of my stuff out, they had the audacity to charge me to use the dumpster to throw empty boxes away. These were boxes that were full of my stuff that got stolen. If you care for your things, I highly recommend you go somewhere else that is secured, and where the staff is professional and cares.

Great place and service. In and out quickly. UHaul has stepped up their game in the past few years. Well done. This place however could use a little help with their entrance road but that is minimal.
