Generally pretty good. Driver is friendly enough. The company seems to play "gotcha" games with overages or not picking up, claiming dumpster was blocked, when they could have got in. Super high added fees for overages and extra pick ups! Customer service starts not great but if you press it to a supervisor, that level has always been very professional but it's a huge pain to get to that point which they force you to do!!

Let me be succinct and plain: I plan to complain and file as many complaints against this garbage company (meant both ways) as I can. By far, the worst abuses perpetrated by any Utility forced upon the average consumer. There is no other choice, so they feel they can treat homeowners like the dirt they continuously have their stench defiled hands in all day. Well, they just #&$(%)!ed with the wrong HOMEOWNER. It's funny. I just voted today but I also wrote down every person on both sides of the aisle and then looked up who Waste Management answers to. I will simply tell my story, word for word, how I was treated, dismissed, abused by a driver who took a personal vendetta out on my home and my neighborhood, and how upper management did nothing to stop it and even LIED about an apology pickup. I look forward to seeing someone in an actual court setting. This should be fun seeing them squirm. I wonder, do they shower before showing up at 19th Judicial in Waukegan before Judge Simonian? They better.
