DASHUN HARTSFIELD
I recommend BI to any parent who may have a child with Autism or pending a diagnosis. The services are tailored to fit your child’s needs. I will forever be thankful for the progress my nonverbal child made in under 3 years. She is verbal and now I feel comfortable with her attending public school.

Despite 20 years of experience, the standard of therapy is not up to the mark. May be other parents have different experience but my experience is about two locations of Behavioral Innovations, which includes Grand Prairie and South Arlington branch. BCBAs are professional and expert in their field but the therapist technicians working under them are not at all experienced. They are very young, many don't know handling of special kids, and some are irresponsible. BCBAs can't handle them properly. I have an experience of fractured elbow of my 4 year old at South Arlington branch at 7th day of therapy and, now he in Grand Prairie branch, still I am not convinced and happy with most of the young technicians who dealt with my kid. They are enrolling more kids, although the building is small and therapist technicians are not very mature and committed to their job. I think administration needs to take a look into this matter seriously otherwise their standard of therapy keeps declining.

Hi. We currently provide services only for kids on the autism spectrum.
We accept state-sponsored plans like Medicaid at all our centers in Oklahoma and Colorado.
We have a dedicated team of billing specialists that will work with the insurance carriers on claims.
Policy coverage depends on the location. While we are in-network with most major carriers, state-sponsored plans depend on the center location.
We will work with just about any insurance company to cover the treatment of your child. However, coverage depends on your plan and approval from the insurance carrier. We will work with your carriers to identify eligibility and maximum benefits approved. We will tell you the exact copay and deductible that your insurance plan offers.
We follow a center-based model as it gives us more opportunities to interact with children in their environment. We do offer telehealth options on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our team to learn more.
After we confirm eligibility based on age and insurance, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts conduct an initial consultation. This is typically a 3-4 hour evaluation completed in one of our centers. This evaluation will serve as the basis for a personalized treatment plan specific to your child’s needs.
