I love coming here! The staff is so accommodating and kind. Going to the dentist is not many people's idea of a good time, but this has by far, been my best experience with dental work. Dr. Miller is funny, puts you at ease and takes a lot of pride in his work. He is very meticulous and pays close attention to detail to make sure your smile is beautiful and something to feel proud about. I have been here three times since my move to PA in July and am very happy here. I am leaving today with a new crown on my front tooth, and walking away with more confidence than I've felt in months.

I am currently so disappointed in the office manager Athena who calls me to say I missed an appointment that I called to cancel last week and then proceeds to tell me “Call when you can come in and we can see if we can get you in.” Sounds like medical negligence to me. Then she proceed to tell me I do this a lot. The last time I rescheduled was cause if a snow storm and THEY called me to confirm if I can make it and then I rescheduled for my safety and she tells me this time was my second. I work in the medical field you can’t hold reschedule due to weather against a patient. I will try to file a complaint further. I am so very disgusted and the sad part is the dentist is super cool and so is his assistance maybe he should know how his “practice manger” treats his patients. I called last week and they proceeded to call me to remind me yesterday and I called again yesterday 3 times to alert them I canceled the appointment. So a mistake on their behave became my responsibility and I’m being held accountable for it?
