I brought 6 knives worth approximately $1000 to Bobs True Value Syracuse which is is one of All Around Sharpening listed drop off locations. They were returned damaged. I have pictures of the blade damage. I am very angry with this situation.

We stopped by on a snowy Friday afternoon. Within 20 minutes Ken had sharpened seven knives and we were on our way. He did a great job and is very reasonable. It is such a pleasure to cook with sharp knives. He can expect repeat business from us.
