Thank you so much for taking care of me. You were so empathetic when I had to put my dog down. And you took me right away and did not charge me usurous fees to do so.

Dr. Wagner was very informative and helpful with our newest furry family member. Our little guy was better after a couple days of following his instructions. Will update this review if that changes!

Took my puppy there and paid for a full exam and all his shots. It was around $150. The doctor (I believe doctor Wagner) told me that the second round of shots which happen in about 3 weeks or so will just be a tech visit and I'd be in and out. The first visit I was charged the full exam fee. I also got charged the full exam fee the second time. An extra $33. I called and asked because I did not realize it when I paid. I was told because the doctor gave him the shots the second time that I get charged an exam fee. I explained what I was told a few weeks ago and they said that there was nothing in the notes and I basically was stuck paying the extra $33. Pretty shady to steer away a customer for only $33. I did not ask to see the doctor I just came for the second round of shots. It was also not quick. My appointment was at 1020 and I did not leave until about 1150. I definitely will not be back and I hope more of their customers ask more questions and pay more attention to their bills. I did not think I'd have to have something on writing for $33. Too bad I paid in cash or I'd just dispute the charge. Edit: I also noticed I was charged $10 for a nail trim. I was concerned about his one dew claw and they said they would trim it. His other nails were fine but they decided to trim them as well without asking. I didn't mind at first because normally a nail trim was complimentary so I didn't expect to see a $10 charge. This vet has turned more into a money mill than a vet. I understand a business is a business but after spending $320 in three weeks and having all this happen it's a shame. Finally, one last thing I noticed, the person administrating the rabbies vaccine was a lady but it is stamped by a guys name. I'm not sure if that is standard vet protocol or not but on top of that, the vaccine they gave him expired two days later so that's questionable. Edit: I changed to 4 stars as I spoke with Caleb and he made things right so I appreciate that. Thank you Caleb.
