The management is subpar. They have some of the highest turnover I’ve seen. 4 property managers in less than a year. Maintenance was good. Now they can hardly empty the trash or keep things clean. Plowing is subpar. BUT they have never towed a vehicle in my years of living here. It once was “luxury” now it’s overpriced. Sucks that rent keeps going up but tenants see nothing close to luxury

When I first moved here there was mold in my ac units, Power resets often and Manager towed so many cars due to plowing snow. I Do not recommend this place. Forest oak apartments are much nicer and right down the street
