I would give this Krogers a five star if it wasn’t for the old lady works at self-check out. She has been working there for so long and I’ve never seen her with a good attitude. She always acted like people owe her a million dollars. Today my friend called me while I was in line for a medical emergency so I had to leave right away. I only had 3 bananas, one avocado and a milk in my hand, but I didn’t want to leave it just anywhere because the milk will go bad. So I asked the old lady where should I return these items I really got to go, she gave me a dirty look and replied ”back to where you took them out from!” I said I don’t have the time I really have to go. She then shouted “we’ll set them down then!” That was when I saw the return shopping cart. I was already feeling bad because of my friend’s situation, now she made me feel even worse. I really don’t understand why she would act like this. Everyone else works here I ran into are all helpful and friendly, and I really enjoy shopping here, it’s clean and people are nice. But I every time I get to self-check out, it puts a bitter ending to my shopping experience. If she could have a better, more friendly, cheerful attitude, this store definitely deserves a 5 star.

I was excited about coming to this Kroger opposed to the location on Crosstimbers, the store is clean and more organized. I was feeling really great about switching locations until It came time to check out and there were 20 people standing in line for the self-checkouts. There as not ONE cashier to help, I had to self check $250 worth of groceries while employees just walked by…. Have a grand time. It took me 25 minutes as those check outs are not set up to accommodate large purchases… meanwhile I had upset guests staring at me as if I could have moved any slower. This is not okay…. I was almost late getting back home to catch my kids on the bus, which I plan my entire day off around.

Waited more than 45 minutes for the customer service clerk to come back from break... just so I could buy State Fair tickets. Apparently this employee has bad reputation for taking long breaks.
