I give manor care a 2 for the fact some of the nursing staff was good Laura was the best. But the agency nurses were terrible. I was unable to get medication on time if at all..the only cna who was any good at all was Asia and Lisa the others were unavailable when needed Silvia was the worst she would come only if she wasn't talking just hope that you were able to do things on your own Or your family was there to help of all the therapist CC was the best very personable and helpful it was not very clean they did not wash the floors unless completely horrible I wouldn't recommend this to no one

If you want your Loved one to be taking care of . DO NOT SEND THEM HERE . The neglect of this these elderly people is horrible it almost brings tears to my eyes . No one deserves to be mistreated that way . My grandfather was here and watching him suffer was the worst thing ever . We would visit him everyday and he declined as he got there . Before my grandpa was healthy and able to move around well . But sadly we couldn’t take care of him anymore . I pray that some order comes into place in there .

This is a great facility..The facility is clean and the employees was great as well..It can be difficult to find a place for your love one, so this is why I'm writing this review. So maybe this will and can help you in making a difficult decision, in a trying time...
