It's a fabulous showroom where they can help you find where you can purchase product and learn about all of the wonderful furniture. It doesn't function as a store. Due to the vastness of the Herman Miller portfolio, they can't show everything Herman Miller has to offer. But they can provide you with information on where you can purchase the Herman Miller products you're looking for e.g. Nelson beds, the Eames rocker, etc.
