I’ve used this cleaners several times in the past and never had a problem until now. I dropped off 2 shirts to be cleaned and pressed for an important event. When I arrived to pick up the next day after 5pm (night before said event), one shirt was partially done and the other, not at all. This cleaners was recently sold/bought about 2 months ago (per the employee), and the service is now trash.

COMPLETELY dissatisfied with this service. Not only did it take 5 and a half weeks for a shoe cleaning to be completed, but now the shoes are ruined. They are two different colors and the stains are still visible. I verified beforehand and was assured that my shoes could be restored, now they look worse than before.

Yes. They do a really great job. Highly recommend.
I've had a button fixed before here. If they don't do it there, they might send it off, but there is a tailor two doors down for you.
