If I could give negative stars I would. My elderly parents subscribed to the paper 8-23-22 and were told home delivery would begin 8-26-22. It is now 9-15-22 and they have yet to receive a single paper. "Customer service" is a joke. They read their script saying the issue will be escalated until resolved. Conversations with 6 supervisors has been useless as well. One actually suggested one of my parents elderly neighbors in their senior living center is stealing their paper, even though they admit they have not routed it properly. Unbelievable incompetence.

Terrible customer service. Took 3 weeks to get my newspaper. Canceled, only to be subscribed for another 4 weeks. Jump through hoops.

Called them twice and told them to cancel subscription Wrote cancel subscription on the bill they sent me They kept delivering the paper They finally stopped delivering it and then they turned it over to a collection agency They make it impossible to cancel and then try to ruin your credit Stay away from this company
