Olive Garden is extremely affordable, but take in consideration that being affordable also means quality is not top notch. If you want to eat some inexpensive meal that will get you for sure full while not having high expectations, this is the place to go.
They don't deliver but there's food delivery services that can pick it up and deliver to you.
Yes, you must do your homework and read the menu, there is no section specific. But we eat mainly plant base (no dairy) and we find some options there...
