Staff was extremely polite, bathroom was cleaner than my house, they moved the toll tag and inspection sticker over, and I did not hear a single irritated worker in the customer area.

They broke my plastics from my windshield the first time it was replace and I didn’t even notice so the second time they replaced it they took pictures that the plastics were broken and didn’t even comunícate with me I notice the second time when I was removing the temporary tape they put on the windshield. Took it back and now they are now responsible smh. It’s frustrating that you trust a company well known with your vehicle and they do things to your vehicle hoping you don’t find out never trusting them again :(

Speedy and awesome rock chip repair. In and out in less than 45 minutes. We had a 3pm appointment, we arrived at 2:50, and we left the shop by 3:30. Thanks for the great service!

I used my insurance and my chip repair was free. If I didn't use my insurance they quoted me $176.00. I recommend using insurance.

I am not with Safelite, but when I asked a very similar question I was told it would be another insurance call/claim. It may depend on a lot of things though. I would recommend calling Safelite to ask about your specific situation/coverage for your windshield.
