Needed a shop to install solid rubber tires on my e-scooter. Even though it wasn’t something they normally do, they got it done and now I’m back up and running. A little pricey, but overall happy with the work.

They wasted 2 weeks of my time and never shipped my bike. And after the back and forth emails, they wanted to charge me $600 for shipping, which is misleading because after putting my address on their website's order form, it said that I would get free shipping. But lets say that's inaccurate, why wait 2 weeks to tell me about the shipping cost? Their customer support lied about the availability and shipping speed of the product. They also couldn't give me an answer why my order is taking so long to process. I've requested a full refund 5 days ago and they haven't responded to my email. Not sure if they want to give my money back!

Yes, they work on them but take forever to get it repaired and back to you. I have had mine there going on two weeks now and it was a simple fix
