First Christian Arlington is full of people who have a deep and abiding faith in God and have made service a way of living life to its fullest. In-depth sermon series frequently emphasize the joy of the Lord that accompanies giving and serving others. From multiple global and local missions emphases including their third Wednesdays commitment to creating casserole dinners and sack lunches for Arlington Life Shelter; to over a decade partnering with Blanton Elementary in various ways, including sponsoring over 500 students to attend TCC's summer College for Kids program; to opening the church's backyard to create a beautiful space for community gardeners; to supporting Disciples Crossing-Athens camping program; to regularly caring for its children, youth, and elderly; to just having fun together, FCC enjoys welcoming others to join the fun of living and loving abundantly.
