William and Christine were great from the very beginning. They made a very hard situation better and really took care of my family through the whole process. He isn't all about the money... I honestly felt they cared about our situation and made some accommodations that we really appreciated to get pass this really difficult time. They were always available when we had a question and we had a lot. I HIGHLY recommend them. They will treat you like family.

Thank you Mr Collins , made this Chapter 7 filing easy and stress free. The best reset anyone could ever ask in life. Talk about feeling lighter on your feet after that discharge. If you have made some wrong moves financially and need a financial reset reach out to the best Law Office in DFW.

Collins & Arnove made what was the most difficult time of my life so much easier. After I made the right decision that I could not handle my situation by myself and I contacted them, they walked me through every step of my bankruptcy. They made everything so very clear and always showed me the utmost respect. They are kind, quick to respond, and helpful in every way. I am so very thankful for them.

How do I know if can file Bankruptcy?

Yes, any debtor can file for Bankruptcy protection. The question for most people really is what chapter (7 or 13) are they eligible for and what pros and cons would that chapter provide versus other non- bankruptcy options or staying on their current path. The relief starts right away for either chapter (stopping of collection activity). During the consultation we will assess what you are eligible for and discuss pros and cons.

A Chapter 7 is a liquidation bankruptcy where no payments are made. The process is relatively quick lasting about 90 days from filing until discharge. A Chapter 13 is plan of reorganization lasting from 3 to 5 years. The confirmation process takes about 90 days from filing. You continue to make payments after confirmation until the plan is complete.
