If I could give zero stars....I would. They used to be fantastic. 3 parcels "delivered to mailbox" in 8 days....empty mailbox. When you go to the facility to pickup package that doesn't fit in mailbox....gentleman you give your slip to has the absolute worst attitude and is complete cancer at communication.

I would just like to make the public aware that JAMES tosses peoples mail. I got a new P.O. Box around February of this year. I frequently get mail from the person who had it before me so I take it up to the desk so they can sort it out. Rosie usually helps me and she is very kind and helpful. Today when I took it up there to JAMES he looked through it (about 8 pieces of mail) and said it was junk and to trash it. He also said since it’s my P.O Box now that I could do whatever I wanted with the mail that gets put in it. I told him that he does not get to decide whether or not someone else’s mail is junk and that I would not being throwing it away because that is wrong and im pretty sure it’s also illegal. As I was walking out I saw him toss all of that persons mail in the trash. I just wanted to make everyone aware in case you are missing mail it may have been trashed!!

I can’t believe how I can’t even send out anything through my mailbox, because some how “it got lost” now I’m having to go through all kinds of stuff to see where it can possibly be 🙄 I went to ask and said they couldn’t do nothing about it. Like I can’t even trust putting mail in my own mailbox without it getting lost!!

Yes they do. I believe they only have one passport clerk so it's best to call ahead to make sure they have someone available to do them.
Because they are slow
They have certain hours and days they do them but you can pick your application up anytime.
Go to post office with tracking number and they can track it back to the carrier that delivered it
