5 time now and they can't get drinks right and workers sit around gossiping. People really need to be trained. I think if management could just train better it would be a good spot. Girl at counter rang my credit card twice.

My last visit was awful. But normally, I absolutely love this location. They’re always sweet, kind, professional, quick and prompt. But no one is perfect which is why I still give them 5-stars. We all have off days.

Yes, it's best to call the day before you need it. They will want the pickup time as well. If you walk in without advanced order, you may have to wait for a while. Each store may be a little different, so call the store or drop in and ask for their suggestions.
