I purchased a knife from this company to be a gift for a close friend because I liked the look of the product and I like to keep local businesses in mind when shopping. When I received my order I immediately gift wrapped it and waited to give to my friend. Long story short, when I was able to actually see the gift I noticed it had a crack in the handle. My friend said it was like that when he opened it. I contacted Sanity to explain this and see what we could do about it but I was told that since I bought it while it was on sale,and they don't sell that particular knife anymore, there was nothing they could do.......So....if you are looking for a company with good customer service and support....keep looking. I will not deal with them again..nor will I recommend their business to anyone.

Ordered one of their BOGO sales on the knives. Received them very quickly, and they were packaged very securely. Unfortunately there was a blemish with the edge of one of the blades that I didn't like, but they managed to correct the issue within a day of getting them. I will for sure be shopping here more often, not only for their wonderful products, but their quality customer service.

Bought a knife here and it’s great quality with with a lovely Damascus pattern and intricate handle pin, all finished to a high standard. You can see this knife was made by a master of their trade. All this for a more than reasonable price! The jewellery looked equally impressive although not my style. Staff are super friendly, I like small business making quality products and I will definitely be returning. I’m sure anyone will be more than satisfied with anything from these guys.
