Don’t get your pet groomed here. I made an appointment in the evening so I could get my dog groomed after work. During the day, they called and tried to get me to bring my dog in earlier which I was unable to do. It gave me the feeling they wanted to go home and not wait for my appointment time. When I called to inform them I was running a few minutes late due to issues at work they canceled my appointment. This only confirmed my suspicion, but still understandable. What is NOT understandable is when I rescheduled for the next day, I ended up really sick with the stomach flu and because I missed my appointment they flagged me as “not a good fit” because I “missed too many appointments.” Because of this flag I was unable to make any future appointments with PetSmart. This was the only time I had missed an appointment. This is one of my first AND LAST times going to this location.
