I love QuikTrip--just, not this location. My husband went inside to pay for gas and grab a snack. We were at a certain pump, and the pump, unbeknownst to us, was out of gas. Instead of telling us the pump was out, or having a bag over the handle of the pump, they charged my husband for the gas on that pump. When we went back in to tell them that the pump wasn't working, and asked them to switch the money we just paid over to another pump, they refused to. We asked if we could have a refund then since they wouldn't just put the money on a different pump, and they refused to do so. I hate ever having to ask for a manager, but, when we did, the employee who was unhelpful before, as well as the manager, were both very rude. The manager refused to give us a refund, saying that she "couldn't." When we asked the first employee why they couldn't just move the money for the gas from one pump to the other, he said that they couldn't, and that they couldn't give a refund. He said the money should go back on the card right away, but then afterwards, said it could take up to a few business days to do so. QuikTrip is usually a good gas station, but we definitely won't go back to this one.

Air pump is not working. The metal piece that is used to pump air was clipped off. Was not able to put air in my tire. Weird because I went to qt off E university and racetrack and they’re pumps were also missing the metal attachment. Some copper thief’s on the lose.

I deliver packages throughout the DFW area & stop at several QT’s a day. This is by far the worst QT I have ever been to. Fountain drinks are out, teas are out or old, 3 frozen drinks are out. The water doesn’t work on the women’s restroom & the young guys who work here are screaming, laughing, hooting & hollering within the store & in the back. And it’s LOUD!!!!!!! Like a frat party. Just ridiculous!!!!!!
