We've been in the ER since 6am. They finally gave my father something for pain at 11am. after we were moved to a staging area waiting for a room. 6hr. Pain meds wore off in 4hrs. No Dr. on site to get better a better drug. After 2 hrs. of complaining they gave him the same drug. No Dr. on site, totally blew my mind. The level of care is the worst. My 93 year old father is in pain and nobody cares. There aren't any negative stars to use.

Doctors didn't come talk to my wife sat in a room for damn near 3 hours just for pain meds and to be discharged because nothing came back on blood work i guess abdominal pain because of cysts on the ovaries for the past few months I chronic not an emergency.

Best experience I’ve had in a hospital in a LONG TIME. Nurses today were amazing and very VERY kind ! They’ve kept checking up on everyone .letting us know they were working as best they could to get us into a room. Never left me wondering if they forgot I was here. Just very sweet ! one nurse offered EVERYBODY a warm blanket for those of us who needed them . Thank Baylor Scott and White At Sunnyvale ER ! We appreciate each and every one of you !

It's is important to check with the nursing staff on that floor. Especially the staff nurse in on the case. Policy's regarding covid-19 are ever changing and fluid.
Only 1a for health care workers check your local county health or fire departments in your area also see if CVS or Walgreen setting appointments
It's just your standard hospital. Just ran by people who may not be the greatest at what they do. But is still a far sight better than the other hospital that serves the area.
