They sent me a text message saying my doctor ordered an exam and gave the number for me to call for an appointment. I have tried for two days to call and never get an answer. I’ve tried every option on their call router but all just ring and ring, even if I let it sit and ring 40 times. No answer. Not a message saying to call back later. Not a message that I could leave a voicemail. Not even a message offering to call back. Nothing. Crickets. It’s incredibly unprofessional and makes me wonder if their medical skills match their organizational skills. If so, we’re all in trouble.

Front desk was very nice, greeted me as I walked in. Paperwork wasn’t bad at all. After finishing, I was called back in 2 minutes. The person who took my imaging explained everything she was going to do, before she did it, and tried different techniques to get the right image for my provider.
