Poorly run salvage yard, employees mistreated, management needs to be trained better on how to deal with employees and customers.

The only thing I didn't like was they let you in bit if you get back to the exit if it is after 6PM you have to leave it and come back when they could have cashed us out then we wouldnt have to come back the next day

Is the phone not important? Is it a tactic to have someone come up there possibly on a blank trip?

I wish i could give this place 0 stars for the rude way that lady handled herself at the front when i asked if they sold batteries( even tho online they show they do sale them they don't ). They never answer the phone and they are not even busy. i walked to the lot from my house 20 minutes to ask for the battery and this is the customer service you have please shut it down if you don't have the right people there to do the job right. nobody needs to be treated this way. GROW UP!!!!!!!! FYI: I definitely have video of some workers up there not answering the phone while the person calling is right Infront of them in line. Even while they just sit there and laugh at each other worst yard I've ever been to.

Your best bet is to go look at their website. They don't really respond here or on the phone.
Check the website
There's not alot of factory rims left usually. Especially aluminum
Hi Chris, yes, we do sell drive shafts if they come in on the cars we receive. While we are not able to inventory parts because we are a first come, first serve, self-service used auto parts yard, we do take inventory of the actual cars and trucks that are in our yard. You can check the cars we have available by location here: http://www.picknpull.com/check_inventory.aspx. From there you can see VIN info and pictures. Then once you get to the store you can see if the part is on the car by going into the yard. If the car or the part is not in our yard, you can ask the store for the specific part interchange information to see if there is a different car in the yard that might have the specific part(s) you need for your car. Thanks! The Pick-n-Pull Team
No
You can call their number, and they will tell you about all the cars they have. You will have to know what cars have the parts you need though.
It shoud be 300 or 350
Yes if you can find them. Go to picknpull.com and check out there inventory , they offer a cross reference guide that tells them which parts interchange. Happy picking
They sold me a bad battery I take it back they didn't have one to give me told me I have to come back another day when theyI had one I thought that was chicken s h i t
It won't be an accurate quote. Give them a call for a quote over the phone
Yes they do
They are usually so busy they probably won't answer phone so you'll just have to just go there. They can tell you how many they have and what row they are located on. There's $1 fee to go in. It gets very hot in the mid day sun. You'll have to sign a legal waiver. They have wheel barrows for large heavy parts to use. Take tools you'll need.
It’s best if you and ask them, that way you can see the tires yourself
If you bring your own sawsall
Yes regular hours
You would need to go there and look yourself they don't keep inventory like that. It cost $1 to get in they can tell you if they have anything that matches your vehicle.
More like go out there or look on website. They never answer the phone
I was there today. They specilize in automobiles only. I've never seen any go kart or ATV's there.
Best thing I have seen is an app called row52. Download it and it will tell you what yards have your car.
They have some wheels for sale, but I recommend checking their inventory online at PickandPull.com
Yes they have some of those columns
Yes, you must have the title. They will pick it up.
You would have to go and look the website just tells you if there is your kind of car out there
No. They have a 2000 model but no 2005. Here is the link so you can look periodically. www. Pickandpull.com.
Not I don't!
It's Memorial day. Tool kit members randomly get half off on parts all year.
Hi Adam, to see what cars we have in our yards, you can check our inventory here: https://www.picknpull.com/check_inventory.aspx We are a first come first serve, self-service used auto parts store and we are not able to keep up on every part that is sold. Keep in mind that we do offer interchangeable part information so be sure to check all your options when you are at the store. Hope that helps! Pick-n-Pull Team

Hi Samuel, to see if the car you're asking about is in our yards, you can check our inventory here: https://www.picknpull.com/check_inventory.aspx We are a first come first serve, self-service used auto parts store and we are not able to keep up on every part that is sold. You can visit a yard near you that has the vehicle you're looking for and see if it has the parts you're looking for. Keep in mind that we do offer interchangeable part information so be sure to check all your options when you are at the store. Hope that helps!
9 to 4:30 M-F 8 to 4:30 S-S
They sell a variety of tires and rims, but they most often have a size that will fit your vehicle.
They only travel 30 miles from their site. So depending on the distance to the nearest pick-n-pull to Arkadelphia, that would determine your answer.
Hi Patrick! You can sign up in the store the next time you're visiting.
Hi Nancy, we are open 7 days a week. The only day we close is Christmas Day. Please note that we do close the yard to new entries 30 minutes before our actual store closing time. Thanks!
I will check in the moring..we also have the website on pick n pull .com its row52 it let you know what we have in the yard
Hi Taurus, thanks for reaching out! To see what used auto parts cost at your local Pick-n-Pull used auto part store, you can check out our part pricing page here: https://www.picknpull.com/part_pricing.aspx Hope that helps!
Hi Latoya, we do carry used tires. The best thing to do before heading to our used auto parts store is to check our site for the particular cars we have available: https://www.picknpull.com/check_inventory.aspx This will help determine if we potentially have any other used auto parts that you might be looking for. Thanks!
They have minimal staff for what they have to take care of. Your best bet is the website or to go look for yourself and only deal with them when you have to.
Hi Linda, before heading to our used auto parts store you can check our site for the particular cars we have available: https://www.picknpull.com/check_inventory.aspx This will help determine if we might have what you're looking for. Thanks!

Hi Jesse, as of September 2019, our admission cost for the Little Rock yard is $1.
Hi Mary, thanks for reaching out! To see what used auto parts cost at your local Pick-n-Pull store, you can check out our part pricing page here: https://www.picknpull.com/part_pricing.aspx
Yes they do but you'll have to call them on the price.
Hi Christopher! We stock all kinds of used cars and trucks but we do not necessarily buy fire trucks for parts trucks.
I don't know I don't work there
Typically businesses don't answer questions posted on their Google profile and if they do it's often not a timely response so it's always better to call them. There is also an app called Row 52 that will allow you to search their inventory and the inventory of scrap yards around the country though it is not always up to date. Good luck!
Yes sir!
Give them a call they will let you know
They have many items. Checking online or going on Sunday (free to go in unless you buy something then they charge $1) is your best bet. .
Yes you can purchase anything you want for the most part... but you must find it and remove it... they will give you a list of cars that's have the part you are searching for along with it's location via rows in the yard..
They do have many Impala parts. Your best bet is to call or go online to their website. On Sundays you can go in free.
I am not sure you have to go and check
If you go to the website they have a price guide on everything they sell. It's picknpull.com
I'm pretty sure they won't since the title to an automobile is proof of ownership. Though a phone call directly to them is obviously the best and quickest way to get a definitive answer to your question.
Give them a call
I dunno, can you? But if you want to know if you can ask them questions, always. They have a staff that is there to help you.
I think they do
You might have to do just a little walking in order to find your started but I bet they've got it & the price is fair.
Yes call, and have someone get catch pans for coolant drainage once you're there.
If you find an owner's manual in a vehicle, you can buy it. I believe it's only a couple bucks.
You can look online and it will tell you if they have that model vehicle but you have to go and look for yourself to know if they have a part or not.
U got to look on pick n pull website to see if they have one on the yard
No, but I have run into mechanics there that usually dont mind helping for a few dollars.
Too many people coming in and out.
All you. You need to bring your own tools. They Do have a few wagons and wheelbarrows you can use to move your stuff but get there early for that.
Check inventory on the website
Just call them or visit the website
They are the cheapest place around to purchase a used engine from.....just try to find a vehicle that is totaled out....that way there is a pretty good chance it was running...👍
You can look on there site go to inventory and put YOUR make and model down and it woll tell you if that car is on the yard
They have a web site that offers an inventory of vehicles and alse gives the row number of the vehicle
Yes
Call pick and pull. They have a computer database to look up what they have.
Call or visit the website.
Just call them or go to the website. The inventory online will let you know if they have that vehicle or some that has the same engine.
Why do people think a Google review/question page somehow is connected to the business shown is beyond me.
You can check their website to see if they have the vehicle you are looking for on their lot, but as for individual parts you are more than likely going to need to check in person
Call them
NO!! No parts are pulled, you must pull them off yourselves
I give up.
Don't look in the truck section, go over to the ford car section, lots of them. About all of the trucks are stripped.
Row52 is their app. It will provide you with the contact information you need if you see a vehicle on the app that may fit your needs. After finding it on the app you will have to walk the yard to see it the part you want is still in the vehicle
Website will tell you if they have the right vehicle but you will have to go and search for yourself to see if they have the part in working order..
Stay away from this group of legal thieves. The best thing you could do is order whatever you need from a new parts dealer
Check the website or call them during business hours
The best thing to do is to go out and look. When you get to the window they will get you a print out of what they have that should fit.
I would suggest call to check if they have the car then you would to go see if the part is on the car
Their website has a search function you could try that too
We recycle our factory rims 98% so we don't advertise selling them. We put the donut tires out on the lot with the cars they belong to but can't guarantee that it hasn't already been sold if you come out to purchase one. We inventory the vehicles not the parts on the vehicles. We sell sets of wheels that come in on cars that aren't factory wheels.
