Fantastic spot. Been coming here for two years now and their meat is fantastic but pales in comparison to their customer service. Great guys behind the counter always happy to assist! Hidden gem is the pastrami Reuben for lunch.

Excellent experience. Pimento cheese is fantastic heated on the brisket hoagie. Loved the candied jalapenos.

We solely carry Rosewood Wagyu beef. The owners of The Meat Shop also own the cattle of Rosewood Ranches and we only buy and sell their cattle.

Do you carry ground Wygua brisket hamburger meat ? If so, how much $$ a pound ? Thanks.

We do carry Ground Wagyu beef. It is made of our Tenderloin Chain, Ribeye and Strip end cuts, some brisket and some chuck. Currently- (Summer 2019) it is $13.99/lb.
