Such a terrible experience, and I wish I didn’t have to leave this review. We recently moved to the area and came to this clinic to get out vaccinations current, and to get some anxiety meds for our 1.5 yo bulldog. We left with them forgetting to give the rabbies vaccination (not sure how you overlook that…) we did get prozac for our other dog to start, w instructions to call immediately if he became aggressive! Well, a week later he bit my wife. I called the vet, and was told they were leaving a note on the vets desk, and I’d get a call back w/in 24 hours. This did not happen. I called 2 days later, was told the same thing…24 hour call back 🙄 Guess what has yet to happen, with this dog that obviously had a bad reaction to his newly prescribed meds?? Yup, almost a week later and NO contact from the vet. I ALSO just came from our groomer, in Edmond, where we THEN realized they forgot the main vaccination we came in for 🤯 So, we hauled 2 dogs to the groomer to only be turned around because this clinic doesn’t have their act together. Ridiculous. We are with a local animal rescue, and are at the vet several times every month with our fosters. We have been to almost every vet in this area. I have never experienced a vet that is this clueless, nor have i see a more chaotic vet in my life . I recommend steering very clear of this clinic, there are great vets around… this just isn’t one of them.
