Honestly, this place is more of a nightmare than a dream to deal with. Sent out a road tech on a emergency tire repair who was unable to change a 17.5 tire by themselves. It was stated that it was one of their first solo emergency roadside trips. I was forced to throw my gloves on and assist. They then had to send out another truck and tech to finish the job. Four hours later, almost 5, the tire was changed and we were back on the road. Very poor service if you’re asking me. Nice technicians, but terrible management. Latonya, the undeserved manager, was unbelievably tough to deal with and clearly was not there on her own will. After refusing to provide me with any kind of documentation that shows her techs checked and verified my tire pressure, She then scribbled her name (I guess as a signature?) and continued to tell me that I got what I wanted and to leave in a “have a nice day” sarcastic manner. If Management would like to contact me, I have the audio recording. The next day we had to go to this shop for yet another tire. On site, again, it took almost 3 hours worth of three technicians sledgehammering and prying the 17.5 tire onto the rim. This was the second shift technicians and they had mentioned how the first shift technicians are not doing their job well and they have to do their jobs for them when they arrive. There were four other people waiting after me to get service meanwhile three technicians spent three hours changing my one tire. During the tire change, they decided to lean the outside functioning tire against the side of the trailer. While the airbags slowly dropped the elevation of the trailer, some damage was done to the trailer, crinkling the wrap. LaTonya offered no apology or acknowledgment when I presented the information to her. I’m honestly not sure how she is maintaining a manager position, but I can say from first hand experience, she’s not the one you want running the show here. Piss poor showing for a Speedco. Get it together!

Before this place I was at 7 truck services,and they just a said:”waiting in the line 3.5 or more hours. He doesn’t take any money from me🙏🙏🙏 Really appreciate,and believe,,a lot of good people live around us💪👍
