Josh is kind, knowledgeable, courteous and the most important honest! After changing all the Gasket in our X5 but one of the components was faulty and we started losing oil again. When we contacted Josh and let him know what was happening he said bring it back up here and let me look at it that’s when he found out what was wrong it was a it ended up being a faulty manufacture part and was covered under the warranty at no cost us. We highly recommend going to see Josh he knows exactly what he’s doing.

Bad customer service Worst mechanic shop in Terrell Texas Got an alignment for a gmc yukon picked up vehicle when notified it was ready , drove out the shop and front bumper was hanging loose talked to mechanic and said it wasn't his problem yet brought my vehicle to j's with no front bumper problem . Said no refund nor he won't fix it . Owner probably a liberal or Democrat most likely racist because I spoke perfect English to him and Is lying because took my vehicle way before the closing time .
