We worked with Jose for the sale and my husband called him day or night and even on vacation. Which I am sorry for Jose. We went to the site on his day off but he still met us there to show us the coach. Harry walked through the entire coach with us inside and out and they had fixed all of my concerns especially the A /C. Ron and Jon (not twins lol) were so on spot with everything. We feel like we added family at Texas RV Outlet. Thanks to everyone.

What an amazing experience!! The staff didn't pressure buying add-ons, things not needed. Took their time walking through our unit explaining in great detail of how everything worked, and answered all of our questions, without hesitation, the paperwork was all in order, ready and waiting to be signed. The whole experience went absolutely smoothly and enjoyable. Treated us and our kids like family. Even late Saturday night; Jose helped find someone to fix the a/c (a short in a wire), and making sure things were squared away. Thank you for everything!! Melissa Justice

The salesman promised that a list of things would be fixed then when it came time to fix all that was agreed to the service manage Ryan and the general manager Ron both stated that they did not do all that was agreed to by the salesman. They are all about sales and not taking care of the customers. Buyer beware.
